But I don't know how to arrange flowers? But I don't know how to arrange flowers? That's not really a question, but semantics aside, that’s not a problem. The flower bundles are designed to look great if you just put them right into a vase. If you want to learn more about flower arranging our blog, videos, and workshops will have you designing like a pro. Yes, we are now delivering to most of the DC metro area. Our delivery charge starts at $10.50 for the first bundle and $5 for each additional bundle so you can save if you have a neighbor or coworker who also subscribes. If you have a group that would like to have flowers delivered to one location please contact us about group pricing. Please see our delivery page for more detailed information on our delivery areas and schedule. The number of flowers will change each week depending on the size of the flowers included. One week you may get more, smaller flowers while the next you'll get fewer, larger flowers. Each week you'll have enough flowers for two to three medium arrangements or one very large arrangment. Our weekly subscription is designed for those who want to always have fresh flowers on hand. The biweekly subscription is a great option for those who can go a few days without flowers between when one bundle needs to be tossed and the next bundle arrives. Your first order will be for the next delivery or pickup date for your location that is at least five days after the date you signed up. Your first order date will be given at the end of the sign-up process and you can always log in to your account to verify your next order date. The cool thing about flowers is they look great anywhere and have so many uses. You can place them around your home, liven up your office, bring them to a dinner party, or give them to a friend to lift their mood. What if I'm out of town and can't pick up my weekly flowers? If you don’t want your flowers for a week you have a few options. You can cancel a bundle from the My Account section of our website up to five days before your pickup date and you won’t be charged for that week. You can also have a friend pick up your flowers or choose to have them donated to local hospitals, schools, and senior living facilities. How do I care for the flowers? To help your flowers last as long as possible we recommend changing the water in the vases and recutting 1/4" off the bottoms of the stems as often as possible (every day gets a gold star but once every couple days is still a passing mark). Check out our Petal Power blog for more tips on caring for your flowers. If you need extra flowers for an upcoming special occasion you can get extra bundles just by logging onto the My Account section of the website at least five days in advance and indicating how many you would like. At the end of the month your account will be charged for the number of bundles you ordered. Is your service available year-round? Yes, our service operates year-round so your home or office will look great in all seasons. How will I be billed for this service? After you join you will be charged for the remaining weeks of that month. At the end of each calendar month we will reconcile your account for any extra or cancelled orders during that month and you will also be billed for the next month's flowers. In that way we are like other subscription services (e.g. cell phones, cable TV) where you pay at the beginning of each month for that month's service. Should you decide to cancel, any unused balance will be refunded. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions. Can I buy a gift subscription for someone else? Yes, you can get a gift subscription for someone else here. - back to top -
